Build personalized customer journeys powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other APIs. Chatbot Charly is the customer’s best friend.

The days of the composed then forgotten at home grocery list are over. Charly the Chatbot can help you simplify your grocery shopping process via Facebook Messenger. Among countless tasks, Charly can find products, recommend items, and remind you to purchase certain products at a specific time.

Create a shopping list, add products to your shopping cart, and complete a checkout with the help of Charly. You can even take a photo of a product’s barcode (EAN code) and ask him to find it. All of these features work in your standard Facebook Messenger, using natural language.

Combining artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning machine comprehension, bidirectional communication, and many other APIs, Charly starts simple and gains knowledge over time with every interaction through automated training algorithms. It’s the next step towards personalized customer engagement.

Since the launch in 2017, Charly has become very popular with our customers. They want to learn more about Charly’s potential in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and the possibilities of leveraging these technologies to create unique customer journeys.
